App is garbage. Monitor feature only shows a black screen now when it used to show a live view outside. App settings frequently reset by itself. NFC and Bluetooth unlock never work. I set up a PIN when we first got this new intercom and that doesn't work and there is nothing in my settings for me to see it or change it. I've tried to set my phone ringtone as my notification sound but will still only get a single ding. Reaching out to tech support is useless b/c no one ever writes back.

The app has a potential, but it's unreliable. Many times it asks me to log in, even if there is no reason for it. Sometimes I can't make calls, call someone, receive calls, etc. The app fails at these tasks at random, even if it worked fine a moment ago. It's kind of annoying when someone is at your door, you see that person on your screen but you can't receive a call because of some random error.

Works well but it would be better if it used the native Android notifications system rather than requiring display over apps, as it would feel more integrated into the Android system and you would be able to see history etc in notifications. The app itself could also use the standard design system and components from Android to be more consistent with other apps.
