I am writing to express my deep frustration with the DIB mobile app. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app successfully even once, despite numerous attempts and repeated complaints. Password Recovery Failure: I tried to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option. Every time I reached the final verification stage (after scanning my fingerprint), the app crashed. App Crashes: I have tried over 100 times to recover access, but the app crashes at the same point every time

sorry to say this application is very slow and application from play store I have very bad experience because I installed this app many times but issue is That application not oppend please improve your software.........

easy to use. the good thing is i changed my mobile and it didn't make any difficulty to transfer the banking app to a new device
