I'm using beatXP Vega. Almost a months back I got an update for the app and since none of the sensors on the watch is working. Raise to wake up is not at all working. The watch is getting disconnected from the phone all the time. It is like dead. I have already registered complaints more than 3 times. Each time I get the reply that the issue is being resolved. And then nothing. This is really a cheap behaviour and coustomer support.

I'm using beatXP unbound neo. Almost 6 months back I got an update for the app and since none of the sensors on the watch is working. stress is not at all working. The watch is getting disconnected from the phone all the time. It is like dead. I have already registered complaints more than 6 times. Each time I get the reply that the issue is being resolved. And then nothing. This is really a cheap behaviour and coustomer support.

App have lots of bugs- 1. The profile page is empty, everytime I try to add name or any other details the app crashes and closes. 2. Due to the 1st problem the steps goal which I set gets reset again and again this it does not show goals achieved and that page is all blank. 3. The sleep data I record is not updated on the app and that column is also always blank. 4. I turned on stationary reminder, but later when I turned it off it didn't turn even after synchronising the watch.(I have vega neo)
