Ratings and reviews

Most times I order items and paid the cart and waiting. After 2days, the basket is changed due to unavailability of items, or order canceled without even contacting the customer. Every now and then we need to check, then only, we can know the status. They don't inform us in anyway. They simply keep quiet. Worst experience most of the times.

Nice Service, but I have two issues. 1. The app is designed in a way that it's very hard to find meat and fish products, there are no specific categories either for them. Feels like you are artificially hiding them. 2. The customer care number is always out of service. Chat option is good, but very hard to type the specific issues something.... Talking is a bit easier.

While ordering it shows 10min but didn't delivered in 1hr as well, then I tried to cancel order from the app took 10min to verify my details and later they cancelled. It's a time waste application go for other apps. I don't know why verification required to cancel the order seems to be collecting our data manually.
