Worst experience with BigBasket’s vending machine. I picked only one packet, but the app wrongly showed four and added an unfair due amount. Support didn’t help and kept saying billing was correct. I had to add the due amount just to close the issue, even though it wasn’t my fault. Very disappointing and unreliable service. n Never use the BigBasket vending machine again.

Really happy with my experience using the Automatic Vending Machine! Super smooth and easy to grab Cola, wafers, or Cadbury. Everything worked perfectly. Just a small suggestion — please keep the minimum balance ₹100 from the start and clearly inform users before recharge. Also, allow easy withdrawal of remaining balance. Overall, amazing concept and great service! 🌟

This is the worst app and customer care is more worst than that. They are charging me the money for the product which I haven't ordered and debited my BB insta wallet for that. Top of that their customer care is not replying promptly.
