Worst experience with BigBasket’s vending machine. I picked only one packet, but the app wrongly showed four and added an unfair due amount. Support didn’t help and kept saying billing was correct. I had to add the due amount just to close the issue, even though it wasn’t my fault. Very disappointing and unreliable service. n Never use the BigBasket vending machine again.

Works well, convenient indeed. The only problem I have and the reason for poor rating is because they force you to move your balance to Bigbasket app when you close your account or when the service gets cancelled (due to less usage). They outright denied refund to me and my money is kinda lost as I don't use Bigbasket app and don't want to use it either. My suggestion to other users - don't add a lot of balance, add just enough for the transaction.

Worst experience, which cost ₹600. I paid for another person's purchase due to a vending machine door issue. I want to give -5 stars, but that's not an option. To people who want to use a vending machine, my advice is to please avoid it. After explaining the whole situation, their operator will constantly call you, but they won't listen to you.
