This is the worst app. the worst machine ever. I was charged extra money for the purchase which I didn't made. I ordered only one item and I had to pay for two extra items because the door of this machine was faulty and didn't close. it wasn't my mistake, i believe. Because I am not the only one writing a review here. I believe whomsoever money they didn't give back Bb instant should return. After emailing twice and talking with customer support they declined to give back my hard earned money.

Items are good. But we need a minimum balance of Rs.100/- either in BB Wallet or Amazon Pay to make a purchase. Instead, you guys need to allow direct purchase using UPI like other kiosks. It makes things easy. Why unnecessarily make things complicated by making people have minimum balance? There are several times I've purchased items in other kiosks just to avoid keeping minimum balance.

Don't add money to its wallet. I asked for a refund of money from my wallet as the vending machine in our campus was removed. But I never got the refund money and the balance is showing zero.
