Quick customer care resolution. But, it's inconvenient that you have to contact customer care everytime there's missing delivery items. The delivery person should update in their app on the actual delivery done. It's very inconvenient for the consumer to check and report missing items, which happens every other day and then the cycle of payment and refunds continues... Disappointed after we subscribed to it for a month or so.

Very bad experience. No COD option and if deivery are missed, they will not deliver the items at all...always demands are high, difficult to get slots. Absolutely not recommended. Edit: I have better things to do rather than wasting time with app support team. For your information, I already discussed details with the support team. It doesn't solve anything other than empty assurance.

Useless app, useless team. You can place an order successfully, wait for it to be delivered for a long time, but nothing will be delivered to you, in the evening finally you will get refund amount in your bbdaily wallet. And then you keep wondering what to do with that amount in your wallet. I will strongly recommend Merakisan daily. Had always received my orders from them.
