I have been very disappointed with this app. It is great when it works- but the sound constantly goes out. I have been back & forth with the tech team doing all the resets & deleting- reinstalling...ect. nothing has worked. I homeschool & this was supposed to be something my child could do independently while I work with my other kids, but we have pretty much stopped using it because it's so buggy and causes constant interruption.

Awesome content. I have used so many apps for my kid's learning and this is the best one overall. Theres so many games and fun ways to make a kid understand addition and subtraction and skip counting. I read a lot of reviews about glitches and other technical issues. Thankfully I didnt have any of those on my phone except that it logged me out every few days. The noise didn't bother I love the mental math . Never saw any of this content anywhere else. I wish they had a deal on a yearly package.

Volume control is bad. My experience is mostly with the Reading Eggs lessons. The audio at the end of each lesson that says "Well done!" or "Congratulations" is really loud, but the audio for the actual lesson is very low. And for some lessons, we can't listen to the question again! It's really frustrating for small kids. Otherwise, the lessons themselves are well planned and designed. If audio issues were fixed, it would be so much better.
