It has a really bad user experience and lack of information. Just about a minute ago the app closed while I was filling their internal credit card payment process Review form. So I was unable to submit it Overall, it needs to polisht the payment process and greatly improve the user interface to allow us to get a correct understand of the actions to be made. As well, I do not receive payments or deposit notification that I consider to be super important to handling a credit card.

After the latest update, I cannot activate my token on my device. I hope it gets fixed ASAP. Today Jan 23, still cannot activate my token. Today Jan 26 , still same problem no solution, when you call the bank they are even lost than me. Jan 29, still no solution and I'm locked out of my account. Finally, I was able to login after the lasted update. Thanks.

I loved this app and that it was simple and just worked. Until, of course, of course they had to do the asinine move to force facial recognition just to use the token. And to be even more nasty, you cannot logon to the online banking anymore without the token. So they locked me out of MY money. NASTY A F. I'm leaving the bank for this and I advise you do too.
