Ratings and reviews

This service is the worst. They constantly rip you off for money, make it impossible to add new artists without double or tripling your payments and then you lose all accumulated texts additions when you're forced to cancel and re-add the same members to get a more expensive ticket. There's zero customer service or assistance. Frankly if the idols didn't post pics and then talk about them in other platforms I would think the whole app is a scam. Is it possible to give a -100 rating?

Love this app. I've had ZERO issues with the app since I got it. Read the reviews and im shocked people have had issues. It's personally worth the money. I have PLAVES Noah and ZB1s Matthew subscribed and I've Enjoyed all the moments. I get notified all the time when they go live and such. Have had ZERO issues with payments. Just wish we had more room for works besides a 50 work limit. Other than that, this app is a must have!!!

All pay the same subscription price for an artist, but only made the download and screenshot available to iOS users. In the next update, make that feature available for everyone. We are not able to maximize the experience of using this app because of that, and also the replay that's only available for 24 hours. The notification isn't working well too. I missed Bubble lives because it doesn't notify me. sad. :(
