I love how easy it is to earn gift cards. Very simple to understand and scan receipts. My problem is with the games and the fact that iphone users have to get to a certain level on the game and android users have to play a certain amount of time. It's no where close to being even. Example of one game: An iphone needs level 50 on a game but the android users have to get over 488 minutes of play. But it doesnt actually add all of the time up correctly. Lvl 153 and I barely hit the "200 mins".

App was updated this year to include playing games that you have to download. Therefore, adding more memory to the phone and increased chance of junk added to your phone. Now, for the past few days, It states that the Amazon receipts are in maintenance mode. Which doesn't make any sense for this many days. I entered a ticket-no response so far. Now I'm losing points when I purchase from Amazon. This app used to be very simple & straightforward. Now it's just junk.

I like this app; however, over the last few months, I have been constantly emailing support that my e-receipts are not registering during the scan. I've reported the issue so much this year that I manage all troubleshooting before emailing them. I'm not sure what is happening, but I stopped using other apps because I thought I found one that was more reliable. Please fix the scan.
