Update 7/25/22: The app is still horrible. No change in rating. It seems like its always going down. Less sophisticated features than other online banking apps. This may be the reason I change banks. Update: 3/25/22: lowering my rating from 2 to 1. This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Mist of the time it will not open properly and I have to use browser instead. Wish you would catch up with the others. You can't even deposit a check on it. Tired if fighting with this app.

Not able to open this app, as I rely on this app for daily use. Issue started 4 weeks ago, even went and bought new phone, same issue. Talked to bank ab it, they don't know why it is happening, went to phone carrier, phone repair center and Samsung service center, they don't know what's going on with this app. Reinstalled multiple times, cleared cache/ data, reset factory defaults, still not able to open this app. Error, error occurred please call for assistance. Happens after updates!

Don't like how it doesn't show the balance before each withdraw and how it doesn't show what is pending, just that there is a certain amount available. Really sucks that you can't transfer to other accounts besides your own as well. The app looks and seems outdated compared to other banking apps.
