Aside from hidden fees and issues linking my accounts, the customer service is non-existent and I was told 14 days after enrolling that my first deposit of 5.00 is finally available. Later that day, i was emailed first that debit and credit card deposits were now limited for all members, and not long after, that credit and debit card deposits were now completely suspended for all members. What a joke. Oh but they do sell their own health insurance kinda thing..That sounds legit right?! Yeah,no.

This app sucks. It's a necessary evil, an end to a means. Opened account several months ago and waiting on a refund from double verification charges to my account to establish the account. Shawn, apparently, is the only employee and that guy is tired cause he can't fix anything. What he can do is escalate your concerns to an imaginary department that you'll never from and who will never resolve your info. You have to fix it yourself by accepting that this is as good as it gets. Avoid this app
