Instructions:
1. Download this app for your mobile device
2. Download & install or open the HP QuickDrop application on your HP PC (available on the Microsoft Store).
3. Please ensure you are using HP QuickDrop on your PC and not HP Orbit
4. Launch HP QuickDrop and follow the pairing directions on your mobile device

great app, very easy to use and easy to connect. i don't use the app very often, and I've noticed that when i open it after a long time, it doesn't like to automatically connect to the computer- it says it's connected, but experiencing network issues. however, this isn't much of a hastle because its super easy to manually disconnect and reconnect the two, which always fixes the issue for me.

Second time using this app thought it would be faster to upload. I don't know if it's the building I'm in but a message of the internet connection keeps showing the laptop connection is not connected. Yes, the connection is connected in order for the files to be sent to the laptop. It's going to take me days to upload all of the files. Some files upload right away, others read pending then reads failed. I delete the files or resend then I see duplicates of the files I had to resend SMDH.

Really good! I have an HP laptop and a Samsung phone, so it's an easy way to transfer files. It's a good substitute for the QuickShare, since it doesn't work between different types of decvices. To improve the app, they should make it compatible with samsung tablets too. I take notes on my tablet, so most of the time I need to transfer files between my laptop and tablet.
