IAA Tow is a mobile dispatch solution designed to assist IAA’s network of tow-operator partners. The app receives notifications when vehicles are dispatched to tow operators and allows the driver to record when the tow assignment vehicle has been picked up and the delivery of the vehicle has been completed.

total trash doesn't work. takes forever to log a car in for pick up & app constantly kicks you out. Just go inside to claim vehicles. the funny thing is you ask the staff at any location they all have the same answer (I DONT KNOW I THINK THEY UPDATED IT) LOL. Iaa needs to do away with this and start over.

does not work just go inside. you can hit i have arrived all you want it doesn't work even if you get to the next screen it doesn't work.

absolutely no function working in the app. downloaded on multiple devices and nothing works beyond log in
