UBA agent app has to be the worst app I've ever come across. It is either UBA is being a cheapskate to not wanting to hire professional developers for the app,or perhaps, there's something wrong with their present developer. I've never gone a week without having issues with the nonsense app. Now, worst case scenario is that the app won't even load at all since the past one month. I've tried all I can, went to the bank to complain, I was told the app was being worked on, for how long, please?

Well for me, anyone who is developing this should please take a survey of all the bank transaction carried out, because its the only way we could work well at our points. 1. Track transaction 2. Reprint old transaction slip 3. Monitor despenser error The app always should be able to has each Agent photo id on it , finger print authentication, able to pay bills, all these for the next version please.

The App still needs to be upgraded. I only get money into the account through transfer and withdraw over the counter/cash-in to my savings account. Cashing to other UBA accounts - zero, cash out to UBA accounts--zero. Transfer to any bank works well but they charge 100 and give 66.76 as commission. Note: Work on cash out so that money can enter the account. Upgrade the app so that other bank ATM can be used to get money into the account
