Vyom app is supported by Android 4.4 & up version
• Install the app from Play store
• Select preferred language
• Select eligible SIM and accept T&C, an automated SMS will be sent from eligible SIM to activate your account
• Set login PIN by any of 3 option – Debit card, Internet Banking ID & Branch Token
• Voila! Login to enjoy the app
• You can also enable biometric for ease of convenience and select your preferred theme

I changed my phone, and the problem kick starts. Unable to register. Sent multiple messages from the registered number, but it always says validation failed with no reason. Many emails were sent to customer care, not even a single reply. I can't register , and I can't use the app. I'm stuck on a never-ending loop.

The worst bank and app ever. I do not recommended anyone to open an account here. The app doesn't allow you to log in if you have changed your devise. They expect you to go to the bank and authenticate. Which age to we live it, where we have to go to a bank for minute discrepancies. Due to certain obligations I'm expected to have this bank account, but I surely intend to close this account in the near future.

Worst app!! It doesn't even link my account. Whenever I try to activate it shows 'sending sms' and then nothing happens. I've tried so many times but still the same. And when I try to link my account with other apps (google pay, paytm) it's shows something is wrong with the bank's server. When is it not?!! I mean you can't even trust the bank for online payment. They seriously need to fix this.
