Ratings and reviews

There seems to be some issue with your OTP sending system during registration. I tried with both mobile and email options and I did not OTP for 10 mins. I want to use Indian Koo as alternative to American owned Whatsapp. Please help sort this registration issue, so that I can start using the app. Had to reach out to you here as cannot start the app without registration.

The app keeps hanging constantly and the translations are incorrect. Also, if I wish to edit my Koo then I am unable to do it. I am not able to edit my koo at all. Please fix these problems and make sure that the app is more user friendly. Now I am not able to login to the app at all. The app is completely frozen.

I am changing my rating from 5star to 2star for this app because from last two or may be more months, there is a technical glitch in its "post" translation part. I though this might be solved once I uninstall and then reinstall the app. But when I did the same, now I am not able to login to the app. While using mobile number, I am not receiving the OTP and in other ways going with email login, it shows pop-up message "Something went wrong. Kindly restart the App". Is anyone else having this?
