Last month, banking with you guys was terrible because of the new update on the app. I couldn't access the updated app. I deleted the app I intially had and redownloaded again which is not supposed to be so (It should update automatically, when you click on update). Even after that I couldn't still access my account. It's painful. I'm giving you guys 3 stars.

Kuda offers a great digital banking experience—easy to use, no hidden fees, and helpful savings features. The app’s simple design makes managing finances a breeze. However, the frequent mandatory upgrades can be frustrating. Often, I’m blocked from logging in until I install the latest update, which can be inconvenient, especially in urgent moments. Overall, it’s a solid app with room for improvement in managing updates.

The constant update would be great if I'm not barred from using the account without updating the app. It is very frustrating. And the app is heavily dependent on Google playstore to function so much it can't work on a phone without it, which is a huge setback. The constant call for updates and inability to use the app without it is a major source of frustration.
