i want to suggest can you please create a group sms to all customer option that we can send all in 1 time sms that within the day they will be receive there orders because sometimes customers no internet they cant see on there apps that delivery is coming

I give this app a 1 star simply because there are lots of things that need to develop. The phone number should always show beside the costumer' profile for easy access when you're about to get the number of the customer. Second, the Search tab only works for names. It doesn't support the location. It sucks and very disappointed for a well-known online shopping app with a worst logistic app. I swear. Third, the notification bell. I hope it will notify all the customers in one click. Thank you.

Harmful to user. App forces delivery person to send packages to people that won't pay, while not providing option to report said buyer. End result, delivery guy has to pay instead. They also dont provide option to select all packages then notify all of recipients in one click. Meaning currently you have to notify one by one, which is a big waste of time. This app also can't handle multiple users at the same time, not letting many people send item to multiple places at the same time. 👎👎👎👎
