For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz app gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere.

With the Mercedes-Benz app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.

Ratings and reviews

In general it works well. But the suggestions to purchase more item should be possible to dismiss. It is not a good feeling having like ads in such a car app. To turn on and off it is a bit slow and the app crashes several times (it appears the splash screen but does not move on). Subscription price is not app, but it is necessary to use it. And after already paying premium for the car it seems not necessary to charge yearly that much.

While the application works and the UI is great, I believe it needs to have more functionality. A paid remote start stop app?! This should be something automatic for a MERCEDES BENZ caliber of vehicles. How about regulating the temperature & warming the seats on the app after you start the vehicle to ensure it's right before you go in? Since it's paid for, it's as good as useless. Add functionalities to this app MB & make it work & worth the cost charged.

A completely inconvenient and incomprehensible app, malfunctioning. It is impossible to activate the remote door opening/closing function. Switching tracks is a separate challenge. Interior plastic quality is squeaking like it's a chip Chinese car. In recent years, Mercedes has turned into a third-rate car manufacturer. I am definitely switching to BMW. Go woke - go broke.
