Ratings and reviews

This app is unfortunately really terrible. It's slow and unreliable. For example, you'll open it to remote start your car and it'll still show that the car is running from the last time you ran it (even though the car is not running). Clicking back, or outright closing and restarting the program, it still reflects incorrect information. I've found the app has wasted more time than it's saved, so I really don't even bother trying to use it anymore.

Improved since my last review a year ago. With the widget it's much faster to remote start, you don't have to open the buggy app that hangs intermittently until you close it and reopen it. Occasionally, it won't remote start for reasons "on our end." It'd be nice if you start the car remotely and set a temperature or start the defroster. Since my coupe doors are long, it'd be nice to have the car remotely pull out of a tight parking spot, but that feature is not active for Americans.

Absolutely LOVE my GLA but I hate this app. It rarely remote starts as there is always an error. The location find in the app always works well but it's not a feature I have ever needed to use. The lock and unlock features work well...but again, not a feature I depend on. I really really on the remote start as it gets below or near freezing during the winter with frost on the car so it would be wonderful if it worked at least 50% of the time but that doesn't happen. Also, it won't start if there is 5 gallons or less of gas in the car, why? I don't even know. Just annoying pay for something that just doesn't work and live up to the standard MB is known for. Hope they resolve this soon.
