Doesn't Work after weeks of waiting for my vehicle to be added via vin it appeared then my app no longer worked says feature may be unavailable or not a strong connection.
Remote start finally works, just in time for summer!!! Thanks for being so responsive, Mercedes. Way better than my Audi.
Last update (6/20) completely broke the app, cannot do anything with it now, just get a spinning circle.
Can't get past the entering vin page
Mercedes really went off the cheap end in the developing of this app. I believe CGI federal probably had a hand in it lolol.App is so lacking in features and the few it does have hardly work. Remote start has worked 7 times and now just has an error. I would like to see a little customization such as car start run time. Currently preset 9 minutes, this is useless if it negative 5 outside 20 minutes would be great. I seriously believe we as the customer deserve an apology
Shame on Mercedes for putting out a product like this. 150k for a car , and they give is this sub par app. I hope someone is reading this bc Something like this would have me thinking twice when it is time to get a new car. Constant restarting , works only 20% of the time. It's like it doesn't even communicate with the car. Horrible , and shameful
With this update, you can now view and edit your mbrace billing information, contact information, PIN and more, all within the My Vehicles section in the main menu.
Available for all customers with mbrace Connect and a 2016 or newer vehicle, and all customers with mbrace PLUS and a 2009-2015 vehicle.
