Installs fine, allows me to login and successfully pulled up account. That is where it ends... I can't register a vehicle, select a preferred dealer, update my address or anything in this app. Literally anything I try to do just says that "This feature is unavailable" and to "try again later" but it never works. Definitely needs work. Basic functionality is dead on arrival apparently.

Paid for subscription and have yet to get into the app and have it work. Either I can log in and no functionality, or now it says my car isn't eligible when it is and won't let me continue, can only exit. I've called about once a month for almost a year now and they keep telling me it's a known app issue and I've been escalated. Have yet to get this to work. FIX THE APP!!!

I've used mbrace with my car now for years. with every update, it becomes less responsive. I can lock my car remotely, but that's where it ends. I was able to consistently check internal temperature and remote start. Recently, it can not perform those tasks, and regardless of my location, even standing next to the car, the problem is on my end.
