Frustrating! I enjoy the app itself but am extremely frustrated with the reward portion of it. It is impossible to get the stupid video taken correctly, I have tried different lighting, with or without glasses and I still can't redeem my points. When I wrote to let someone know about it, I got the "sorry you are out of luck, keep trying" spiel. I have earned those points and I want to redeem them!

I have really enjoyed playing Mistplay because it has a wide genre of games. Depending on my mood for the day, I can download a different 🎮 and earn points towards rewards. Thanks for the great selection. The downfall is that you have to play ▶️ one hour time to earn 2 💎 reward pts towards your checkpoint . It is not hard to do because the games are fun, but if you are investing that much time, the reward points should be higher-priced. Just my point of view.

Has a decent variety of games. As long as you're fine with downloading and playing a lot of games, the points add quickly. I noticed after a while, hyper boosts for the games are hard to come by. Also, the more rewards you try to get the longer it takes to receive the e- cards. I stopped using the app for several months, and when I came back more hyper boosts and games were available. I guess they just don't like you cashing out "too much".
