Really poor app. Home screen is full of pop ups and adverts (immediately a bad experience... Seriously these are the basics). It is incredibly slow to load. The back button only works half the time, so I frequently have to kill the app and log in again, and every even vaguely useful link gives a Something Went Wrong error. Really disappointing... It's 2024 and I'm about to dial USSD O.o

Edit: My previous constant login issue seems to be resolved however I'm still leaving 1 star as for my needs this app fails in a major fundamental way. If you've run out of data and nowhere near WiFi you cannot use it to recharge anything. I want to be able to recharge but see offers/bundles not get redirected to SSD codes, this is not the nineties. Why can devs not allow the app (restricted data) access to MTN servers only.

Terrible app. Is very slow and takes long to load. Some days, app will not even load and open. Alot of time app will say payment submitted but email will say transaction failed. OTP takes so long app times out, resulting in you having to close and try again from beginning. Can buy airtime and data much faster from the banking app, but have higher prices. Cannot even update banking details.
