About this app

The new Carrier Home app features a contemporary look and feel that allows homeowners to control their Infinity system remotely.

The app features an enhanced homeowner experience, improved functionality and increased connectivity performance between the mobile device and their Infinity home comfort system. In addition, homeowners will be able to learn more about the air quality around their home, including a snapshot of various pollutants levels and the Air Quality Index in the atmosphere near them.

We update the app regularly to introduce new features and enhancements and look forward to your feedback.

Really like the app, pretty easy to use. Settings take a little longer to go into effect but just a few minutes. I would love to see a feature where you can get a notification when the outside temperature reaches your lower set temperature so you know when to close your windows in the morning when you are trying to cool your house off.

Was never a great app, however the latest update looks exactly the same as before the update. The only thing different now is nothing actually happens when you change the setpoint on the app. This app is currently completely useless. Cool, I can see the temperature of my house. Can't change it though. If the engineers / programmers want valid input from a local source in FTW, feel free to reach out to me. You can find me by reaching out to the local Carrier distributor.

sometimes messes up but overall it's been pretty good. I'm happy with it. Edit: I originally gave it 4 stars. I'm now giving it 2 with strong consideration to giving it 1. I came here to see if there was an update as the app doesn't respond to changing the profiles. Once you try, it doesn't respond at all, you can't even back out it basically crashes. App goes off line far to often. Needs an update that fixes all the bugs.
