For Imota, one thing that stood out for me is their quick response to users complaints. I thought I lost my Otara token after I had issues with my account but the speed at which they rectified it was amazing and I didn't need to do much. Just by dropping a message at the customer/user support option in the app. The app on its own is amazing. Keep it up!

Great app and works smoothly with all networks. Best app so far. Keep it up as the app really make some sense. The update always gives a better and good performance all the time. This version is the best so far and moving smoothly with no much headache for sure. Easy ming and good work. Mobile apps are the first thing most people open in the morning (after their eyes). So, mobile apps need to be user-friendly and consistent with current design standards and contain features that meet.

Please work on the platform. It was better before the update. Now, it is almost impossible to claim points as it is always "no ads are available". If you don't have ads, then extend the time before expiry so our points don't expire without being claimed cos you have no ads. It sucks!!
