Absolute trash. This app fails on every level. First of all, chances are you won't even be able to open the app because of a "server error". The user interface in unintuitive, looks like it was designed 10 years ago and never updated. Interactions with the app feel sluggish and laggy. Performance is inconsistent. Overall user experience is absolutely horrendous. If you plan on using mobile banking I recommend closing your account with BOC and openning one elsewhere.

App looks terrible on new smartphone screens with the 19.5:9 aspect ratio (phones with the notch). It looks ugly, text is small & hard to read, some buttons can barely be pressed cz they are almost out of the screen. The app is slow as well. The app is fast and looks great on iOS devices, so it's sad to see it this bad on Android. However the app works, but a new GUI is very much needed.

The app is trash. It lagg almost all the time. Extremely slow. There is no efficiency and is difficult to work with. It's been almost a month and you still haven't fixed this thing. Professionalism at it's best I suppose. The least you could do is listen to the customer reviews and get it fixed. The app was made to make customer life more easy and not to mentally frustrate them.
