Ratings and reviews

This app was smooth and user-friendly until April last year. Now, I can't log in, it asks for OTP but shows "SmartPay new sign up is currently unavailable due to system maintenance". I've ensured the app is always updated to the latest version, No updates from BOC on the issue. Customer support isn't helping much. Hope they fix this soon.

I usually find the BOC Smart Pay app very safe, quick, and convenient for handling all my transactions and bill payments. However, for the past few days, the app has stopped working properly. It keeps showing the message "Something went wrong" and won’t open at all. I’ve already updated the app, but the issue still remains. Please fix this soon, as it's causing a lot of inconvenience.

Very stable app with smaller package size. I appreciate if you can further add more features such as, pay using non-boc accounts, other debit cards, etc. And when I try in billing section, I couldn't see any option to add LECO Bill there. If it is not added yet, try to add it immediately. (And as a query, can I know about charges of these payments such as utility payments?) As a conclusion, I highly recommend this app.
