I usually find the BOC Smart Pay app very safe, quick, and convenient for handling all my transactions and bill payments. However, for the past few days, the app has stopped working properly. It keeps showing the message "Something went wrong" and won’t open at all. I’ve already updated the app, but the issue still remains. Please fix this soon, as it's causing a lot of inconvenience.

This app was smooth and user-friendly until April last year. Now, I can't log in, it asks for OTP but shows "SmartPay new sign up is currently unavailable due to system maintenance". I've ensured the app is always updated to the latest version, No updates from BOC on the issue. Customer support isn't helping much. Hope they fix this soon.

I’ve been using the SmartPay app for a while, but recently I switched my phone and now I can’t log back in. It keeps showing the message “SmartPay new sign up is currently unavailable due to system maintenance. We will update you once the maintenance is completed.” This issue has been there for a long time and still hasn’t been fixed.
