Bank of Ceylon Smart Passbook is a mobile application which displays real time account transactions, account balance, last 15 transactions, current month statement and last month statement on smart mobile devices. BOC Smart Passbook enables self-registration, optional login PIN and maintenance of all personal current and savings accounts statements.

there's always issues with this app!! especially the Seychelles one. last week it was not loading at all ,and when it does you don't see the account details. so I uninstalled it thinking it was not working, I tried to re install the app again ,I've been trying for 4 days straight as it doesn't show the Seychelles version no more quite frustrating. there's always something with this app. Useless really!

The app loads very slowly every time. I tried for a long time but could not manage the account list details. Technically, it is a very weak app. I installed the smart passbook app to minimise the time spent going to the bank to update the passbook. But it is much easier to go to the bank and update the bank book. Patience should be very high if using this app.

I used to have no issues with the app until recently. I even recommended this app to others too. But now, when I log into the app, my account list is not shown at all. I tried several times but no change at all. It's pathetic that BOC being one of the leading banks in the country, not having a good IT team to handle this kind of a basic app. I didn't see any updates for a while either. When the app stopped working I thought there might be an update available but in reality there is none.

This release gives enhanced features to the Smart Passbook users such as Fixed deposit details, Loan details, Pawning details and Statement download facility.
