I'm trying to reach Policy Bazaar regarding my renewal query, but haven't received any callbacks. I'm also concerned about being asked to pay the full year's premium upfront during the last call, as I was previously paying in monthly installments. This change wasn't communicated to me earlier, and I'd like clarification on why it's happening now. I'll stop all other policies with you people & will not hesitate to file a complaint for my financial loss,it seems a scam.

Lately I've been receiving too many calls regarding policies even though my profile is in DND. So annoying... they start off with explaining the product but convince you to purchase the product while being on call. From their perspective, that's what they are supposed to do; but there are limits for anything. I ended up purchasing policy direct with the providers rather than this broker.

Every time you open the app, their sales team starts calling nonstop. It’s extremely annoying — they’ll call you multiple times a day, even early in the morning or on weekends. Just checking your policy options turns into a flood of unwanted calls. Please fix this — users should be able to browse without getting spammed with calls.
