I agree with others that the app is finicky. It's also crazy to me that there's no select all button within an album, and that you can't remove an album as a whole from the frame - you have to remove every photo one at a time. I was hoping to be able to select and deselect albums for the playlist and be able to change which ones I'm viewing on any given day. It's not possible in this app. The unlimited storage is great, but not being able to manipulate groups of photos defeats the purpose.

Love my photo frame. Shuffle seems to repeat the same pictures instead of going through all of them before going back around to the beginning, and sometimes I have trouble with a saved pic position not coming up on the frame. When I try to fix it, sometimes the app glitches and I can't see the picture on my phone anymore (still comes up on frame but not in the position I want). But those are minor issues. Overall I am a huge fan!

It's a great frame. The pictures are sharp. But slow to respond. And appears not all my photos are not shuffling properly because I see some pics that have been rotated over and over again too frequently. Updating my review 6 days after set up: downgraded to 2 stars. I am disappointed how the photos aren't shuffling right. Same photos I see within 20 minutes. Also phone app is slow to respond . Hope they update.
