My apartment complex partnered with Pango. it's been horrible. I'm waiting on the registration for my new car and I have to pay to park. the app says $1 per hour. But they have been changing me almost $30 for 8 to 12 of parking. This is a scam! and no one will take my calls to figure out why the massive overcharge. I'll be glad once I don't have to use them.

Pango only charges for the time that you are parking, this is a residential location where you must get pre-authorized for parking payment . You funding source may hold the full amount and then release that amount once the actually parking fee is deducted. Please feel free to call for support 1-877-697-2646

as with all parking apps this one doesn't work either. I was unable to pay for parking and had to risk getting a parking ticket. I tried many times to add PayPal as a payment method but it didn't show up after I added it, so I couldn't pay. the interface is awkward and unintuitive and as I was unable to pay for parking this app is a complete failure. well done. keep up the sub par work. you deserve what you get.

Forgot to turn it off after half an our of parking and end up paying for 8 hours. The app does not offer remiders that the time is still running. Contacted customer service. After more than a week, they responded that they only collect the money as a middle person and can't give me refund. And if you want to have reminders or alerts that, eg, your car moved, you have to pay $3 a month on top of the fee the charge you ever time you use their service! Thank you City of Wilkes-Barre!
