Mobile Deposit Just Doesn't Work Mobile deposit is completely broken. It either won't load at all or it will get through every step before giving the same error over and over. I've tried on two different devices (iPhone 5 and now Galaxy S6) and it's always the same. It just doesn't work.
Deposit doesn't work on the lg g4 I used to save my self a trip to the bank. Till I got a up grade on my phone to the lg g4. And for some reason mobile deposits doesn't work with this phone, not letting me to deposit any checks. I hope it gets fixed fast.
I have a problem I haven't signed into my account yet for a pic or mobile device, when I tried on my phone I forgot what to type in and it would never work, so I called my accountant and he told me my username and what to do the first time you sign in. I did and it said something about failure to sign in due to service problems, so I got on computer and tried still didn't work, said same thing, so now I'm going to try and Uninstall get a message link and reinstall then try again. Please Help
Just passable Functionally this app is fine. However its interface is clunky, is obviously web-based, and immediately apparent that this not a real Android app but rather a wrapper for the website. As a result it also completely ignores Material Design rules. TD needs to do some serious work to update the interface and turn this into an actual app - a native Android app.
Good so far, no prob here The only thing is I'd like to see is the account statements like the online website has, it's more detailed online with what's going on with your. accounts/money/transfers oppose to mobile app. I cant change the password on app either have to go online too
This app does the bare minimum of what you'd expect out of a mobile banking app, and even at that, it does it pretty poorly. The app has the basic functions you'd want, checking your account balances, mobile deposit, etc. It is, however, incredibly dated looking, as though it shipped with the first Android smartphone ever made. And here's my biggest gripe--I experience a recurring bug where in order to actually select an option on the screen, like say, "Account Balances", I have to click on it once and get taken to a blank screen, then hit the back button and click on it again before I'm actually taken to my selection. Pretty frustrating and below the level of service you'd expect from a giant, resourceful company like TD Bank.
