A good banking app, the only negative issue is the Zelle feature inside the app. It was a great way to pay someone, like paying half a dinner tab now it takes a business day to show up in the other persons account. It went from minutes to days...Because of that im now looking to move my accounts to a bank with reliable app and services. I have been with TD for over 35 years!

Edit: 3/31/26 update seems to be working okay for now. Edit 2: 4/15/26 back to the same old problems. Redirects to login screen after entering 2FA, so no longer usable. Tested across 3 Samsung devices with uninstalls and cache/memory clears. Seems to work fine for a day or two after each update, then back to the same old nothing. Had to break out an old Apple device just to deposit my latest paycheck.

TD's app is designed fairly nicely. It's got the standard selection of banking options and isn't difficult to use. It works well and I have no grievance with its set up. That's is, when it works. More often than not, the app crashes on loading. Or it'll take me to the login screen where I'm notified that the fingerprint option is not available at this time. Even then, sometimes after entering my credentials and logging in, the app immediately logs back out with a snarky 'see you soon' message displayed. Real classy, TD. There's been times where I needed to make a payment but was unable to because I couldn't access my account. There's been times where I was unable to see if a check cleared because the app was down again. TD, as a bank, you can't afford to operate your business with the same relaxed attitude as a semi-retired fisherman. Banking information can't only be available on days the app happens to want to work.
