Worst UI of any financial app that I've used recently on Android. No option to use a pin code or fingerprint, old and outdated interface. Stays logged in even when I switch to a different app. You can do better! Just spend 5 minutes actually using your own app and you'll find plenty of room for improvement.
Worst app ever. Been banking with them for 3 years and never had an issue with depositing my checks. Now with the 'upgrade' the system cant read checks and flagged my account for a fraud alert claiming i tried to REUSE an old check. Now i need to stop into a branch to sort this mess out. Ill be going over to chase bank instead.
like the web sessions better, they put a fake page up now saying my os is out of date forcing me to use the app. problem is the app does not show balances on account review. information on the app is not as detailed. billpay does not show hisyory ext...
This app is far behind all other banking and credit card apps. You have to fully sign in every single time. Get a programmer to take advantage of finger print sensors on phones or even do what Capital One does, allowing you to input a pattern lock after you have signed in once. The app, visually, is very ugly and the layout is silly. TD is a big bank, go hire someone to fix this.
This app is not working. You can't reset password, second password input won't confirm. Check scanner never snaps photo in correct phone hight you just have to go up and down. App is clogged with useless tools, make it simple.
More than once has locked me out with only one password attempt. In general, I appreciate regular security checks but this app / TD is out of hand. Databases seem to be screwed up at the moment because it didn't recognize what I know was a correct password and recovery questions. (I know where I went to elementary school) this makes me a bit uneasy. Yes, fingerprint support sorely needed in lieu of a constant barrage of prove who you are questions.
