It's a good app I'm really glad they improved the interface to a modern look and feel from the really low quality UI they had before. In fact I was just about to switch banks because of how inconvenient it was but now I'm happier. Nevertheless it still has tons of rooms for improvement in both the front end as well as backend when compared with apps from other banks. I'd love it if it had a better way to track expenses. Ideally something similar to Quicken or the expenses tracking feature of the Simple Bank app. If I was able to scan receipts to keep track of the things I buy that would be great as well. One thing that bothers me is the app is sometimes a bit slow.
I have other credit cards and in all of them I can see the statement balance in the app. This one I can't!!. there is no option for paperless statements for the TD credit card, so bad for the environment and so inconvenient for someone that travels a lot.
Great app and all but why can't I use my fingerprint to unlock it or even my iris scanner? It's suck a pain to have to type in a password everytime and then sometimes have to answer a security question on top of that. It's too slow of a process.
Utter garbage. Photographed the check perfectly several times and it won't deposit the check for 7 f***ing dollars. TD ruined my local bank and I hope you all end up homeless.
Horrible app! Mobile Deposit regularly logs off "due to security reasons". Ironic, since deposits are made at the same physical location, same network, but yet only work about 50% of the time. We guess the 50% of the time it works, security failed?!!!!!
Can't login to the app, as if it doesn't recognize my credentials. Same login/password combination works no problem on regular td website. Very frustrating.
