It's overall good experience with tira either it's return the product or offers and so on but i cut tht one star bcz of products availability I mean guys there are so many brands but your have not much options like nykaa you are great in offfers but they are great in so many products availability so try to make new launches.. As I'm wavy girl and i find very few options for styling my hair isn't it unfair. I love to shop every time from you guys.. Just make sure of it. ❤

Kindly stay away from this app, I ordered a few nail paints and the colour was different than the picture so I wrote a return request on the email for which I got a first reply that there is no return policy but they will refund the amount, however they took both the products return, and then only refunded for one and one is a loss to me. FRAUD

I was not able to use coupon as it was showing already consumed when I didn't even use it. So I made an account with a different number and email and then it worked. It's a nice app with nice offers. I would appreciate if you could keep korean cushion foundations with multiple shade options. And also I would like to mention that the logistics of delivery should improve
