search on this app is so awful. toolsation lists all the different sizes of the same item (e.g a type of screw in every length and thickness) on the same page. You have to individually search for each size you want even if its the same product in a different size. Very annoying. The sprint section doesn't list certain products that are in stock and small enough to fit in a delivery driver's box - at random. So random items can't be delivered by sprint. No way to do anything about it.

Needs vast improvement I turned on face or fingerprint to login, and it doesn't work. All of my data is correct. I think until all of the improvements that are required to use it properly, I will just use the website.

Sorry I love Screwfix but the app is currently a disaster. I set it up to use fingerprint log on so that I don't have to keep inputting my log on details. Next time I used the app it presented me with the standard log on screen. With most apps once you have logged on it retains your details but with Screwfix for some reason you have to log on every time. Might be time to move to Toolstation as don't get same problem with their app. Come on Screwfix sort it or loose customers.
