Ratings and reviews

the general store does not work that well. and the app is somewhat clumsy. but once you get to the ordering process it is quite simple and Boot Barn generally has good deals and is one of the few companies that sell deals in real leather goods. is get such a low rating because also unless you're very careful you'll miss out collecting your loyalty points because you'll accidentally order thinking you're logged in only to find out you finalize when you're not.

My in store pick-ups have all gotten mixed up, and none of my order history saves. Yet, somehow I've earned reward points. Ordering on the app has been a NIGHTMARE.... 1 month later, new orders placed in store. more issues. i have confirmation emails of the order. my order doesnt show up in my history, and when i search for my order online the order cannot be found. this is by far the worst app/order tracking system I've ever experienced. they say they're "in the process" of updating the system

You cannot order and expect an order history, not happening. You can't complain, because you won't get an answer. You can get a birthday discount, and rewards- then you order, and redeem them, you see the deduction on the order, but you still get the full price charged! And you can't return the item, because you got no history. The order just disappeared! THAT'S HOW THIS APP WORKS!!!
