Have not been able to log in at all from the very start. I've created my account, tried to log in for the first time and got slapped with "incorrect credentials" tried with both my number (also without the country code) and email address but not able to. Reset password, and the same thing again. Ridiculous 🙄 have to jump through all these hoops just to see the bus schedule.

When we book after a few weeks or months, after selection of the seats, it's not loading to the purchase windows. Very bad experience. It happened three times, all the time we have to delete the account and recreate a new one.

it's been more than an hour since I have tried to take a ticket, but unfortunately I'm still not successful, The loading screen is showing for a long time so uninstalled and reinstalled for a few times. v irritating application. finally when I got connected there were seats available but again got locked up and then again went back and then no seats are available.
