Crazy app with no human support and all faq. I brought a expensive item from here and the delivery person just leaves it on the door and walks away and I see it after 30 min. As per their return policy product needs to be checked for damages before accepting and it's like I take all your money but do not provide you service..Don't buy fronthis app unless something changes

There is no provision for feedback or any provision to discuss an issue relating to the refund process or a provision to connect to customer service. Their return policy is rubbish, asking for uploading photos, when I try to return on the date of delivery as product size was big. No way to connect or talk. Not at all a website you should shop online. No more shopping here. God bless you cheats.

Great collection but no customer support. Received a defective wall clock which is fine because I just needed an exchange, but they closed the return window prior to the 10 days specified timeframe. Also, contact number shared belongs to an IVR and cannot reach a Live Person for assistance. Not the experience expected from a Premium Store
