Worst streaming service I have paid for. I do not recommend it unless you want to frustrate yourself and lose money on bad service.Worst streaming service I have ever paid for! Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other better options out there!

App has way too many commercials, It shows 1/3 of the program/show and 2 thirds of pure commercials. The worse, it will repeat the same commercial over and over. They want to get us to pay for the service to avoid all these commercials. Besides that, it's fine. Lately, I feel it has improve with commercials or I got used to that! I gave 3 stars due to commercials, however I like that it has such a great variety of programs, I saw 2 old novelas, the originals and other shows.

Horrible experience... I purchased a one year subscription of vix premium, That means comerciales or ads free, it only allowed me to watch one show of few episodes no ads, when I tried to watch another show it was more ads than a show, I tried to contact someone but that was impossible all I got was robots trying to answer my questions, of course my problem was not fixed and finally I made it to a point where I was able to cancel my subscription with no refund for 11 months I didn't used.
