Crashes chrome devices. I have contacted app support many times over 3 years, yet no solutions. I have to remove the app and restart device just to get my device to work again. Not happy paying for a subscription that I can not use. Washington Post app support just says to contact they, which I have done many times about this issue for 3 years, yet still doesn't work. All other apps work on that device. Only Washington Post does not,.

I like listening to articles on the way to work but all of a sudden the settings changed and after I'm done with an article it starts playing some other random article. I refuse to use the audio files anymore until this is turned back. It doesn't cause me to listen more it causes me to listen less and be angry at the Washington Post. Please turn off the auto play I do not have that option in the settings

Sorry for your trouble. Although there is currently no option to turn off auto-play for audio, our team is looking into possibly adding this enhancement in the future. Thanks for your feedback!

Imagine paying for a newspaper subscription, but the app won't actually hold an article open for more than 10 seconds before going back to the homepage, eventually leading to the app crashing. It's updated and all. Don't feel like I'm getting my subscription's worth. Plus, with them consistently changing who does the Seven in the morning, and always changing the music is just annoying. I come to you for news. Not different personalities in a podcast or funky transition music. I want the news.
