App was great prior to the pro tier implementation. if you had a paid subscription, basic free features stopped working and they can not (or will not) help fix it. I contacted support and tried what they said to do(word for word from the FAQ page) with no results, at which point they stopped responding. Fixing the issue would be 5 stars but it's kind of a big issue!

I can't upgrade to pro from the receipts subscription. The chat bot wont connect me to a real human even though I have a paid subscription, which is the ONLY way to access help. It says update it from the computer, the computer says the play store. I can only cancel my subscription from the play store, there is no option to change. I was willing to pay the monthly fee so I could literally just send a invoice, but you wont even let me pay!? You lost a customer and my recommendation to anyone else

Used wave for 2 years and was great. Loved being able to email invoices right threw the app. Now that they have added pro, and I subscribed to the receipts annually on the app I can't upgrade tell December. So now I have to manually send invoices by email or text. I guess it's time to listen to my bookkeeper and switch to quickbooks.

What's new
