Ratings and reviews

Every time I order something it takes 2 hours to be delivered, the support is non existent and doesn't really help you with anything,the delivery time in the app is always a lie and the risers don't even try to be fast or even on time. Even if you report and complain nothing happens. Won't recommend even if is the last app you can use and you are starving.

If possible, I would not give this app a single star. The estimated delivery time is never correct with delays of more than one hour than the original one. No way to reach someone to talk to, the virtual assistant, Laura, is not working properly and offers you information you already have. I have used other delivery apps and none have been as dissapointing as Tazz.

Lacking the ability to update an address after an order was sent is silly. Especially when that order hasn't been picked up yet. There should be at least a small window of time after each order - even 2 min is enough that would allow you to update address. When you are ordering from multiple addresses, this is a real pain. This is not user-friendly at all. My focus is on what I want to order, not on how am I supposed to use the app.
