Changed to one star. App used to be good but they added full screen ads that pop up with sound all the time. Not just once when starting the app, but now a new ad when changing views. They have also removed the ability to view the short alert videos. I don't trust their cloud storage especially now that I have been getting phishing ads that try to trick me into granting access to certain areas of my phone like the camera, contacts and messaging. Will be looking to change cameras and trash these.

Video is good, night vision is ok, but unable to turn off the night vision lights, and night vision through a window is bad. I understand there are indoor/outdoor cameras. The motion detector has it's moments, some times it doesn't see motion of people, pets, or other things. Unable to adjust the focusing.

I have been decently satisfied with this app for my camera for about a year. Unfortunately, on 7/31/24, I lost the use of the camera since this app controls it. I am unable to load the live feed most of the time, and there has been no data in my cloud since the 30th. My subscription is current. I have checked my settings to ensure they are the same. I have also contacted customer support without response from them.
