It only works when it wants to which it usually doesn't. I have to keep my receipts to keep track of what benefits i still have left bc the only thing that does want to work is the barcode scanner to find what is WIC approved at the store. Needs a lot of work!! Please fix! Has a lot of potential but at this point its more of a pain in the rear than it is helpful. And yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now to try to get past the "session expired" issue as well.

Oof. Where do I begin? This app hasn't worked for me for 3 months, maybe? It is a huge inconvenience when I go grocery shopping to not be able to use the app, because I am losing out on redeeming so many of my benefits, as I do not know what is available to me. I have emailed the developers with screen shots of my phone information and specifics, etc. About 3 weeks later I got an email back saying they couldn't figure out how to fix it or what the issue was. Now app is "stopping" completely.

Please try the new version released June 11. WIC clients who were having issues with previous versions are using this version successfully. If you still have issues, send a screenshot of phone make, model, and software version along with the INWIC Mobile App version to inwic@isdh.in.gov with subject “mobile app” and your family ID.

"User not found" is the message I receive when trying to use the app. Since downloading about 4 months ago, I have not been able to use the app ONE time. What's the point of having WIC if I cannot find out what I can get for my family or when? It's been such a an issue that it helped to contribute to my little one losing nearly 2 LBS since our last visit/wellness check. I've reported the app having issues, but nothing has been done. I'm rating this app during my most recent attempt to get help.

The User Not Found message displays if registration has not been completed, or the user ID or password has been entered incorrectly. WIC benefits can also be verified by calling 1-855-349-1454. Please contact your local WIC clinic or the State WIC office directly if you need assistance.
