It's a great concept and design, but it's hardly useful for me as it does not connect to a nearby weather station. All of the nearest stations it picks up say it's 35-36⁰ meanwhile my pipes are frozen solid and there's a fresh layer of 1/4" ice on puddles. There are at least two closer stations. Weather underground has the temp at 32⁰, which is closer. I paid for the full version so I'll see how it goes.

Useless. It's a well built app that is completely useless 😂🤣. I got the app because it implies that it can give you alerts for particular weather events. It lets you choose from a large variety of events and completely customize the parameters, but only checks once per day at a specified time. Total face palm. I want the app to monitor ALL day and tell me when the summer morning hits 70° so I can close the house up. I may as well just set a regular alarm and check the temperature. Dummies.

My initial response is that the look & feel of the UI is elegant & really well thought out. Night & day forecasts are subtly shaded to show the difference when you scroll through them, & the time-setting interface for the alarm is startling & strangely pleasurable. The ads are there, but so far are unintrusive-- no obnoxious fullscreen popups that you hafta click out of just to get anything done. I really admire all that. However, having looked at the other reviews, I am anxious about trusting this app to actually go off when I need it to (I'm setting up a temp alert so that I'll know if my pipes & plants are in danger of freezing). Plus, I have seen a bunch of reviews asking for a silent alarm notification option, (& the developer's friendly responses to that feedback-- bonus points for responsiveness!), but in the actual place where you set up the alarm, there is only a button that says "turn off notification", & nowhere can I find an explanation if that means just the sound is turned off (& it will vibrate), or if it just won't notify me at all, which would be... counter to the purpose of an alarm. I think a much better design would be if, instead of 2 radio buttons for alarm sound options (Notification & Loop Mode), there was a 3rd option right there for Silent/Vibrate. Anyway, I'm looking forward to testing it out over the next few days, & will update my review as I see how it performs.

Thank you for your detailed review. I will seriously consider the "only vibrate" option for the next update. Thank you for your time.
