ATM Milano Official App is the official app of Azienda Trasporti Milanesi, designed to help you move easily around Milan and its surroundings using public transport.

Say goodbye to your card: the subscription is now digital. Travel with your phone.
• Transfer your subscription to the app or directly purchase a digital subscription and travel with your phone.
The home page is now geolocated.

Ratings and reviews

Mostly useless. I can't even pay. Hard to use and confusional. I'm italian, I'm not talking about language. Subways can be paid by contactless card. A feature I would like to be implemented is to be able to use the registered subscription card and use it from the phone instead of having to pay 25€ for the physical one.

Good for buying tickets. Using tickets rely on QR codes instead of contactless payments, unless you set up a fiscal code(!) in your HOME COUNTRY before you arrive in Italy(!!). In addition, the map function is entirely useless and I found myself going to Google even for timetables.

If I had the option to give negative stars, I absolutely would. As a tourist, traveling to Milano, the experience couldn't be more complicated and conveluted. There are no options of buying a ticket, creating an account and giving out your information, going to your email, confirming the account creation, and being redirected to a different site while checking out, no option for either google, or apple pay. Jesus christ, I just want to buy a ticket
