To start using this mobile application, you must register in our internet banking service.

If you are already registered with our online banking service, use the current Internet banking login name (user ID) and passwords to start a mobile application.

I’m not able to pay when there’s a whole queue of people behind me at the supermarket, cuz it says "error” I’m also not able to transfer money most of the time.

Had to give 1 star. App is loading about 1 or 2min then it says error. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache, erased memory, called TDB operator( was not helolful) send messages to online chatbots ( no reply) and tried browser version (etdb.mn). Tried on home wifi and celluar data ( still no response). Nothing works on my phone or on my computer.

I can't pay for the phone because the app requires me to choose my account but doesn't actually allow to do it! The account choice window simply doesn't fit the screen, it sits below the screen and can't be scrolled down to, only closed. And this wonderful glitch has persisted for months, including in the latest update. Will anyone ever fix this?
