Recent update forces me to turn off accessibility access to totally legit apps, otherwise it will not launch. While I understand the purpose of the restriction, but would be nice if it is presented as a warning pop up instead of a total block. If it worked in the past, why change the behavior all of a sudden, what if I needed to do a payment in an emergency situation?

Hi Jeffrey, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. In response to recent malware attacks targeting Android device users, we have suspended the use of app when accessibility permission has been enabled to third-party apps to protect users’ account security. Please turn off accessibility settings on the listed untrusted application. - KB

totally fed up with the app now. sincd the latest update, i cannot log in anymore. everytime when i open the app, it has the same message as below: we detected apps on your device that pose a security risk. to protect your accounts the mobile banking app will shut down and you won't able to access it. I had follow through allthe recommended apps, deleting, turn off the accessbility of all apps on my mobile and yet the banking app still do not work. called the customer services and not solve

Rubbish updates... Now I am unable to launch the apps at all. Wasting my time to go to the branch, try disabling things and still end up fix nothing and claiming it is my phone problem. I tried on my Honor 70 and Honor 90, both unable to launch. But when I install at Huawei phone, the damn app works. My Honor 90 still able to launch the apps 1-2mths ago but now HSBC claimed it is my phone issue. Totally not compatible and putting their incapablility on their customers expenses.
