The app sucks. Very difficult to navigate. Not user friendly. Takes 72 houra to do a transfer that other banks would do instantly.. I would NEVER RECOMMEND to another person. Worst bank I've been FORCED to use!!! edit. No abran cuenta con ellos. muy mal banco. controlan todo y como puedes gastar tu dinero. NO RECOMIENDO

it's ridiculous, time-consuming, and frustrating being forced to change the keyboard each time I want to use the app. There should be a white list of keyboards that are safe to use, like goboard from Google. Some phones have that one by default, and there's no issue there. So, I truly only use this app for need, and for some benefits, that will end in a couple of months, so in the end I will not need to continue the use of this app

Needs to add notifications for any type of transactions/charges, not just for the large ones. HSBC control had it and it wasn't ever transfered to this app.
