Horrible bank. Charged me fees in error for several consecutive months in 2020 due to a system failure that unlinked my two accounts and resulted in lower funds than required to avoid monthly fees. Multiple visits to multiple branches (mine did not want to deal with the issue so involuntarily moved me to another branch further away from my home, multiple phone calls, multiple emails and official complaints. Nothing. Recommend avoiding HSBC at all cost. They steal your money and just don't care.

it's ridiculous, time-consuming, and frustrating being forced to change the keyboard each time I want to use the app. There should be a white list of keyboards that are safe to use, like goboard from Google. Some phones have that one by default, and there's no issue there. So, I truly only use this app for need, and for some benefits, that will end in a couple of months, so in the end I will not need to continue the use of this app
