I think several features could improve like setting up direct debits and paying bank credit card bills. The app is not the most user friendly to navigate with options missing out or hidden when you compare even the HSBC UK app or Emirates NBD app

So now you're sending adds (for third-party services, no less!!!) through notifications???? And you're not using notification channels so we can't deactivate that without losing necessary functionalities of the app... What a way to disrespect your customers... Well it was nice banking with you for 20 years, but i now must uninstall your app, which means i have to switch to a different bank entirely. Bye bye HSBC!

Mostly good but some limitations. The chat feature has not worked for weeks and the app often takes a while to retrigger the login screen, it even let's you click through some screens which is a massive security risk.
