Stupid app keep on jumping and scrolling up whenever I complete a form. I have to scroll all the way down again to fill in the next blank. The app just randomly closes the form I was filling. I have to fill everything, address, names, phone numbers all over again! worst app ever! Cannot print or download the consignment note. Press on "print" or "download" button, nothing happens. In the end have to use PC website to log in and print manually. This app wasted my 1 hour trying to figure it out!!

Maybe next update, you can add function to trace where the item is and that place contact information together to make it easier for us to trace. Problem that I face is I dont know how to contact that place when my item have arrived at delivery facility and it does take almost a week for them to send it to me. Some item could be spoiled during those period.

It seems okay before but after I update it, it went to the worst experience ever. I had enter new consignment note, (A LOT!) And when I check it at my parcel record, NO RECORDS in parcel to be printed!!! My adress book also was taking a long time to loading. When I close the app, and reopen, it ask me to login back my account. Pleaseeee, everything was okay before. I need the old one.
